Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on emmascopper.uk. Please read it before placing an order.

Shipping, processing and delivery times

• Order processing: 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery: usually 6 to 10 working days once your parcel leaves us. Because of the current volume of orders, please allow 10 to 15 working days.
• Standard Shipping: £2.90 for orders under £35, free for orders of £35 or more.
• Priority Shipping: £4.99.

Order tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves, and you can follow your order at any time at emmascopper.uk/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking can take 1 to 3 days to show the first scan.

Delays and questions

If your parcel has not arrived 3 days after the estimated delivery date, write to me at info@emmascopper.uk and I will sort it out personally. Please write to us before contacting your bank: we always find a solution.
